VeriFone Systems Inc. says its PayWare Merchant managed service for large retailers, petroleum marketers and hospitality companies is now available in Europe.

The PayWare Merchant payments platform can connect to most point-of-sale systems, and retailers may integrate the system’s data with their accounting systems. The hosted service serves as the payments gateway to connect with merchant acquirers, VeriFone says.
