VIPdesk Validated as Level 1 Service Provider in Compliance With Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS)

VIPdesk, the pioneer of home-based call
center and concierge services, has been validated as a Level 1 Service
Provider in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security
Standard (PCI-DSS). Two years ago, VIPdesk achieved compliance with
PCI-DSS as a Level 3 Service Provider and was the first home-based call
center and concierge service to do so. VIPdesk has maintained compliance
since that time and has now validated compliance at a higher level, Level
1. VIPdesk's compliance with PCI-DSS helps ensure that confidential
information at VIPdesk is protected and secure.

In order to comply with PCI-DSS, companies must have in place strong data
security processes and policies -- including preventing, detecting and
reacting to security incidents. Compliance with the standard as a Level 1
Service Provider requires an assessment of those processes and policies by
an independent Qualified Security Assessor certified by the PCI Security
Standards Council.
