WePay Adds Susan Dunn, Susan Oda to Executive Team

Small-business payment company WePay has named Susan Dunn as general counsel and Susan Oda as vice president of finance.

Dunn, who will lead all product compliance and corporate legal matters at WePay, previously was general counsel for PayCycle, Bill.com and oDesk. She began her career at Fenwick & West LLP, working with technology clients.

Oda will lead all finance, accounting and human resources functions at WePay. She previously worked at Intuit, where she helped develop Software-as-a-Service metrics and automated dashboards. She also worked for Hewlett-Packard, where she supported the company's divestiture of VeriFone.

WePay just added a new native iOS app as it competes with PayPal and Square in serving small merchants.
