PayPal's Partners

PayPal is waiving processing fees through the end of 2013 for merchants that use the PayPal Here mobile card reader or technology from a PayPal partner such as Erply, Leaf, Leapset, NCR Silver, ShopKeep POS and Vend, which handle card acceptance on a tablet.
