Integra, Equimark set meetings on merger.

PITTSBURGH -- Integra Financial Corp. and Equimark Corp. said they had scheduled special shareholder meetings for Nov. 23 to approve their previously announced merger.

The announcement came after approval by the Pittsburgh banking companies' boards of the result of due-diligence examinations. They have targeted a merger date late this year or early in 1993.

Midyear data indicate that Equimark would add $2.9 billion to Integra's assets of $10.5 billion.
