CHEYENNE, Wyo. -- SafeCard Services Inc. announced that Gerald R. Cahill, a former chief operating officer, resigned from his position on the board of directors.
In accepting the resignation, Paul G. Kahn, chairman and chief executive, acknowledged Mr. Cahill's contribution over the years to the company and the hoard.
Mr. Cahill and several other former officials of the credit card enhancement company were recently replaced by a new management team picked by Mr. Kahn, who came in late last year.
