Commerce Names Executive

Commerce Bancshares, Kansas City, Mo., has promoted assistant vice presidents James D. Cooper, Salvatore D. DiMiceli, and Patrick A. Lippman to vice president.

Mr. Cooper, who is in the business banking division, is responsible for overseeing the newly created residential construction loan portfolio for the Kansas City region.

Mr. DiMiceli, also in the business banking division, is responsible for customer relationships in the Northland region, which comprises Liberty, Kansas City, Kansas City North, Gladstone, and Platte City.

Mr. Lippman is in the commercial real estate division, where he manages existing and new business.

Carl Bradbury was promoted to assistant vice president in the bank card center's retail products division, where he manages customer service and sales for the Visa Check card and University Card products.

Elizabeth J. Hock was promoted to assistant vice president in the treasury services division. Ms. Hock is responsible for marketing Commerce Bancshares' cash management products to commercial clients.

Patricia J. Calef was promoted to assistant vice president and assistant secretary in the commercial loan services division. Ms. Calef is responsible for managing a collateral team that ensures collateral safekeeping for Commerce banks in Kansas and western Missouri.
