Mich. Bank Picks A New President

Southfield, Mich.-based Franklin Bank announced it has restructured its senior management team to better serve small-business customers.

Rebecca Christian, a former senior vice president and member of Franklin's board of directors, was named president of the $503 million- asset bank and will head Franklin's focus on entrepreneurs. Read Dunn, who was president and chief executive officer, retains his CEO title under the new management structure.

Franklin plans to improve its technological capabilities and open new branches to better serve the entrepreneur customer base, Ms. Christian said.
