Amboy National Bank Names Executive

MIDDLE ATLANTIC

Amboy National Bank in Old Bridge, N.J., has promoted Stanley J. Koreyva Jr. to chief financial officer and senior vice president.

He had been vice president of finance since 1993 and, before that, controller since his hiring in 1990. Mary Kay Riccardi succeeded him as controller in 1993. Before joining the bank, he worked at KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was a senior manager in Princeton, N.J.

Mr. Koreyva will continue to head the accounting and investment areas of the $1.2 billion-asset bank. He also has overall responsibility for the bank's call center, insurance agency, and nontraditional products.

Amboy National also promoted Donna M. Kuchta and Angelo Leggio to assistant cashier.

Ms. Kuchta will remain regional manager in charge of the Sayreville, Sayrewoods, and Ernston branches.

Mr. Leggio is regional manager for the Rocky Hill, Hopewell, and Hillsborough offices.
