NCR Corp. announced an agreement Wednesday with NRT Technology Corp. to provide support services for 1,300 NRT cash-redemption devices used in casinos nationwide.
The Duluth, Ga., automated teller machine and kiosk maker said NRT chose it as a service provider several years ago. NRT, which supplies self-service cash-handling kiosks to casinos, said it chose NCR for its ability to support older machines.
"Our casino customers operate day and night, and our [Ticket-in/Ticket-out] machines must be readily available and running seamlessly at all times to ensure that guests have the best experience," John Dominelli, NRT's president and chief executive, said in a press release.
