The project will help banks increase operational efficiencies, maximize staffing and improve customer service, Fiserv said in a statement. Through automation of pay policies, the joint project of Fiserv and Kronos will minimize the risk of being out of compliance with federal, state and other labor laws and regulations, according to the press release.
Kronos offers real-time labor information on actual and budgeted labor costs, absenteeism and leave liability, unplanned overtime, unproductive hours and staff alignment with customer demand.
