Pacific Continental in Ore. Adds Former Bank Chief to Its Board

Pacific Continental in Eugene, Ore., has appointed two former directors of a bank it bought to its own board.

The $2 billion-asset company disclosed in a regulatory filing Wednesday that Duane Woods and Thomas Ellison will also join the board of its Pacific Continental Bank unit.

Woods was a founding investor and a director for Foundation Bancorp, which Pacific Continental bought earlier this week. At one point, Woods was Foundation's interim chief executive.

Ellison owns Savers Inc., a privately held international retail chain.
