Texas Capital to Raise $227M in Stock Offering

Texas Capital Bancshares in Dallas is planning to raise more than $225 million from a stock offering.

The $22 billion-asset company said in a press release Monday that it plans to sell 3 million shares of common stock. It could sell another 450,000 shares if there is enough demand.

The offering, which is expected to close on Friday, could raise $227 million to $260.5 million, based on the company's closing stock price Friday.

BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are the offering's bookrunning managers.
