Wachovia Corp. said Friday that it will keep branches open later and will offer Saturday hours beginning this summer in a second major market, Atlanta.
The Charlotte company said last month that it would expand branch hours in Washington at the end of this month.
Wachovia said it would expand hours at 38 of its more than 200 Atlanta-area branches beginning Aug. 22. Twenty-eight will stay open until 7 p.m. weekdays and 4 p.m. Saturdays.
