Aggieland Credit Union issued a $10,000 donation to Voices for Children, an organization that advocates on behalf of adolescents. The Austin, Texas-based CU is also known as Greater Texas Credit Union, and donated the lump sump during a kickoff event held at Blue Bell Park.

Fighting addiction

Manchester, N.H.-based Members First Credit Union donated a vehicle to a nonprofit organization that helps those with mental illness and fighting addiction. The van will be commissioned to transport youth between 12 to 17 years old who are receiving treatments.
