Military meal prep

Volunteers of Hanscom Federal Credit Union of Hanscom AFB, Mass., prepared meals to serve to military veterans and their families through Fisher House Boston, a foundation that allows family members of hospitalized U.S. veterans to stay in comfort homes free of charge.

Lake preservation donations

Portland, Maine-based Evergreen Credit Union donated $2,000 among a trio of local organizations: the Collins Pond Improvement Association, the Lakes Environmental Association and the Little Sebago Lake Association, all of which are focused on protecting and preserving water quality in area lakes.
