SAN FRANCISCO – 1st Pacific CU has sold a downtown office building at 131 Franklin St. for $3 million.
The buyer, Chrysalis Capital, plans to fully occupy the three-story, 10,000-square-foot building, which was marketed for only two weeks prior to receiving an offer.
The building was constructed in 1909 in the Civic Center submarket.
