PLEASANTON, Calif. 1st United Services CU has joined with CU Realty Services LLC to use the CUSO’s turnkey, Web-based active lead channel.

CU Realty said with its turnkey program, members of the $1-billion credit union can research neighborhoods, shop for a house and estimate payments. They also can select an experienced Realtor from CU Realty’s network and save money via its CURewards program, which returns thousands of dollars in cash to members or reduces their closing costs. CU Realty Services said on average, members of affiliated credit unions save $1,499 approximately 20% in real estate commissions.
