Inside this issue, The Credit Union Journal brings its readers our second annual Best Practices issue.
The Journal asked vendors and providers to credit unions to identify client credit unions they believed had done the best job of implementing their product or service, and in the process improved not just the member experience but the backoffice experience, as well.
Those companies responded with a list of credit unions that have implemented solutions ranging from enhanced insurance programs, predictive modeling, overhauled investment strategies, auto lending, e-statements and even home banking in Spanish.
The credit unions that have been identified as Best Practice Credit Unions are profiled inside this issue, beginning on page 12. On page 10, four other credit union best practices are also highlighted.
