RICHMOND, Va. - (11/05/04) -- Virginia CU said it is issuing about20 new MasterCard credit cads after members reported their accountshad been compromised. Credit union officials said they believe thecompromise occurred with a merchant system and not with the creditunion. It is unknown how many consumers have had their accountsstolen through the merchant.
