The $1-billion, Clearwater-based credit union has outfitted each branch with touch screen information stations and iPads in the waiting area. The new branches also feature free-standing teller pods, which eliminate lines and bring the Achieva tellers out from “behind the glass” so they can interact face-to-face with members. The credit union said this will create a “more personalized” banking experience.
Nine new employees have been hired to staff the two branches.
