CredIT Card Solution Debuts

FRISCO, Texas-IntegraSys, a business unit of Fiserv, Inc. and provider of information technology services to credit unions, has launched CredIT Card Processing Services, a new credit card offering designed to help CUs compete for new and existing members' card business. The company said the new offering means a flexible, feature-rich solution that enables credit unions to increase profitability and maintain control of their credit card programs, rather than sell them.

OneBridge Releases Dispute Agent

INDIANAPOLIS-OneBridge, a credit and debit card processor for financial institutions, has released "Dispute Agent," an automated tool designed to streamline the dispute resolution process. OneBridge offers Dispute Agent under its Gateway suite of products, which assists financial institutions in managing their card programs in-house, it said. OneBridge Gateway's Dispute Agent solution enables a user to create a dispute case and then automatically track that case through its lifecycle, the company reported.

35 CUs Sign With Elan

MILWAUKEE-Elan Financial Services, a provider of card solutions, said it signed agreements with 35 credit unions that sold their portfolios. Portfolios ranged in size from under $1 million up to $11 million with a value of $138 million in combined outstanding balances.

Alliance Aimed At Lowering Costs

FALLS CHURCH, Va.-Encore Electronic Services Cooperative, Inc. has entered into an alliance with Electronic Transfer Business Solutions, Inc (ETBS). CU-owned Encore said ETBS will work with Encore members to evaluate their electronic transfer programs, including ATMs, debit and credit cards, stored value and payroll cards, authorizations, gateways, shared branching, merchant services and POS, and more. Each program will be evaluated to insure transfers are routed correctly under the lowest possible fee structure.
