The $5.5 billion credit union said the company’s decision making engine was a major factor in choosing MeridianLink. “We will be able to better customize our lending guidelines and incorporate additional loan parameters,” said Susan Longley, vice president of consumer lending and account services at the credit union.

She said the credit union giant plans to provide business loans through the system, in addition to its auto, credit card, mortgage, personal and airplane loan portfolio.

The MeridianLink system will also enhance American Airlines FCU’s cross-sale abilities, said Longley. “By fully integrating our account opening and lending in one seamless platform, we can automatically provide members with customized offers unique to their needs and credit history,” she said.

“We are planning to integrate Docusign into the platform, so we can offer our members the convenience of e-signatures,” said Longley.

MeridianLink is based in Costa Mesa, Calif.
