TUKWILA, Wash. – BECU has rolled out a new mobile banking application by Forethorn Holdings LLC, a unit of Qualcomm Inc.
The new mobile banking platform will give BECU members the freedom to access accounts conveniently on the go, using comprehensive encryption services.
Users can perform the following functions from their mobile device: view account balances, access transaction history, transfer funds, pay bills and make BECU loan, credit card and line of credit payments.
The Cleveland-based bank is projecting steady growth in net interest income even as credit losses remain manageable. But Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman also said that he thinks a recession is likely.
