Leadfusion said Guided Selling combines interactive educational tools with comparative product information to help consumers evaluate their financial product options online, thereby accelerating conversion.

“We have seen an astonishing 45% engagement with the dialogue and CTR (click-through-rate) to the product comparison/selection tools, and 16% of those applying for a product directly from the Guided Selling tool,” said Ken Myhra, senior virtual banking manager for the $9.6-billion credit union. “We are now expanding our use of Guided Selling with plans to launch additional categories covering more product lines in the coming months.”

Leadfusion said it offers a full Financial Experience Management suite, consisting of researching, marketing, and selling solutions designed to operate independently or optimally as a single integrated solution.

BECU has participated with Leadfusion as a beta customer on Guided Selling and has helped provide insights and refinement of the online merchandising product.
