HARRISBURG, Penn. – Belco Community CU has introduced a savings account to help pet owners save for medical and other expenses.

Belco’s “Critter Club” account features no minimum balance requirement and easy access to funds. Members with a Critter Club account will receive discounts at local “pet partners,” as well as be entered in a monthly prize drawing when they deposit $75 or more.
Belco is planning to participate in several pet-related community events to promote the new accounts, starting with the Humane Society of Harrisburg Area’s 5K Run/Walk for Animals on May 17 at the Wildwood Lake Sanctuary in Harrisburg.
