Bethpage FCU Signs For Member Loyalty Group CUSO’s Satmetrix Score

BETHPAGE, N.Y. – Bethpage FCU has signed with Member Loyalty Group to use the CUSO’s Satmetrix Net Promoter Score and methodology to measure and improve member loyalty.

Member Loyalty Group said the program allows credit unions to take action on member feedback in real time in an organization-wide effort to build loyalty, drive efficiency and ultimately improve bottom line performance.

“The robust loyalty reporting, benchmarking and ability to share best practice methods allow us to drive toward continuous loyalty and service improvement,” said Wayne Grossé, chief operating officer of $4.2-billion Bethpage FCU.

Also signing with the Chicago-based CUSO were: Del Norte CU, GTE FCU, SEC FCU, Spire FCU and West Community CU.
