Black Hills FCU Adds IMM’s TotaleAtlasWeb

RAPID CITY, S.D. – Black Hills FCU has signed with Integrated Media Management to implement the company’s TotaleAtlasWeb, a remote signature capture and secure document delivery solution that provides the mobility to sign documents remotely anywhere, anytime, 24/7 via the Web.

Processing Content

The credit union will use the solution to better service its members who live in other parts of the country. Currently, members who want to complete loan documents remotely receive them via fax or postal mail, which delays the process, especially for those who do not have access to a fax machine. TotaleAtlasWeb will enable Black Hills FCU to provide same day service to these members securely via the Web.

The credit union has upgraded to TotaleAtlas 4.3. TotaleAtlas is a document preparation engine that electronically captures signatures in-branch and creates a secure and non-editable PDF with signatures embedded.
