BOULDER, Colo. – Boulder Valley CU has signed a management contract to operate the local branch of Indiana Members CU of Indianapolis.

Under the deal, employees of Indiana Members CU remain at their jobs at the branch.
“Cooperating in this way allows both credit unions to increase operating efficiencies, as well as improve service to the IMCU Colorado members and their families,” said Rick Allen, president of the $265-million credit union.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The changeover happened Monday.
