SALT LAKE CITY – A former branch manager at Intermountain CU is expected to plead guilty to embezzling $152,000 from the credit union, which was forced to merge into America First CU three years ago.

Carrie Zenger, 45, plans to plead guilty to the charges, according to court records.
“The defendant, as part of her job duties, did unlawfully obtain funds by purloining cash from the vault of Intermountain Credit Union,” said the court documents.
The embezzlement took place between January 2007 and October 2008.
