DALLAS – Three men were charged in a Tulsa-based burglary ring believed responsible for millions of dollars in cash thefts, including the June 30 robbery of $168,000 from Southwest Airlines FCU in nearby Euless.
The thieves used power tools to cut through the lock on the front door, disabled the alarm and the outside lights, then drilled through the safe at the credit union, according to police.
The group is suspected in several other area burglaries, including banks and ATMs.
