C.A.H.P. CU Implements Integrated Media Managament’s Document Exchange

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – C.A.H.P. CU has gone live with Integrated Media Management’s Document Exchange for Web contracting and electronic signature services.

Processing Content

With IMM's Document Exchange, the credit union receives a completely Web-based document delivery and eSignature capture product that eliminates the scanning software, signature pads and digital certificates typically required for electronic signing events.

"IMM's Document Exchange is transforming the way our credit union operates," said Brad Houle, president of the $120 million credit union. "In the short time since implementation, our employees have already seen new efficiencies and been able to waive many daily expenses.

Document Exchange is browser-and device-agnostic. It performs identify verification, intent to sign and document integrity validation to generate legally enforceable eSignature records. Because the digital signature is embedded in the document, Document Exchange prevents any potential tampering with the content throughout the process.
