BURBANK, Calif. - (10/04/04) -- Lockheed FCU said it has addedalmost 1,000 new users of its electronic bill payment service insix weeks by offering new users entry in a $1,000 cash give-away.The promotion entered new and existing users in a random drawingwhich awarded the winner with one bill payment of up to $1,000. Asmany as three winners were chosen each week. Costs for thepromotion were just $4,100 because most of the bills selected bythe random drawing were under $1,000. The credit union uses PSCUFinancial Services' PayLynx for its e-bill paymentservice.
