ERIE, Penn. – Harold Brown, the former CEO of Conrail Erie FCU (now Tri State Rail FCU) for more than 65 years, has died.
Brown, who was 87, served on the board of the Pennsylvania Credit Union Association for 23 years, including as chairman from 1972-74. In 1981 he was presented with Pennsylvania’s Lifetime Achievement Award as the William W. Pratt Professional of the Year. Brown is survived by his wife, Myrna.
