Charter Oak FCU Pays Out $330,000 In Gold Rewards

GROTON Conn. – Charter Oak FCU paid each of its 3,300 Gold Rewards members a $100 cash bonus, a total of $330,000, the biggest payout in the three-year history of the rewards program.

Charter Oak established its unique Gold Rewards member-appreciation program in September 2010 as a way to add value and financial rewards for members with important account relationships. Gold Rewards offers a variety of benefits, including the annual bonus, ATM rebates, special rates on deposits, and discounts on new personal and auto loans.

The $760 million credit union has paid out more than $1 million in Gold Rewards since 2010.

Charter Oak deposited the $100 bonus into Gold Rewards members’ accounts yesterday, December 10th.
