SHOREVIEW, Minn. – Deluxe Corp has agreed to purchase Banker’s Dashboard, an Atlanta-based software-as-a-service company serving more than 300 financial institutions nationwide, further diversifying the company from its core check printing business.
Banker’s Dashboard provides a financial management tool designed to provide CEOs, CFOs, branch managers and other key financial institution executives daily visibility to their financial position, without having to wait for multiple month-end reports. Other key capabilities include board reporting, loan pricing, margin management, asset/liability management, budgeting and forecasting.
Deluxe has been working over the last few years to expand beyond the diminishing checks business. Its business is evenly split between check printing and small business services.
