RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. – CO-OP Financial Services yesterday said members of its credit unions can make deposits at 2,200 self-service financial kiosks in 7-Eleven convenience stores.
The Vcom self-service kiosks use check imaging technology for deposits, allowing users to insert checks directly into the machine without an envelope and receive an image of the check on their receipts.
The deposit-taking Vcom machines are located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Washington.
The same machines, which are owned by Cardtronics Inc., are connected to Financial Service Centers Cooperative, the shared branching network.
CO-OP already is connected to another 3,300 Cardtronics-owned ATMs located in 7-Eleven stores.
