RALEIGH, N.C. – Coastal FCU has joined the STAR ATM Network, signing a multi-year agreement under which STAR will provide PIN-secured debit point-of-sale and ATM access to its cardholders.

Coastal serves its 193,000 members through a network of 15 branches and 30 ATMs. STAR is a unit of First Data Corp. with access to more than two million ATMs worldwide.
