ATLANTA – A visitor to the World of Coca-Cola museum has sued the Coca-Cola Family FCU claiming it violated the Electronics Funds Transfer Act by neglecting to notify users of the museum’s ATM of a $2 surcharge for non-credit union members.

In an action filed in federal court, Timothy Valluzi, a visitor from South Carolina who was touring the museum said he paid the $2 fee even though it wasn’t posted on the machine.
The suit, which also names Credit Union 24 as defendants, asks for reimbursement of the fee for Valluzi and all of the people who paid the fee at the Coke museum.
