VANCOUVER, Wash. – One lucky member and three local charities were winners in the credit union’s "Little Car-Big Hearts" contest; the member with a new Smart Car, and the charities with $5,000 in donations.

Three members were selected from thousands of entries for the $17,000 Smart Car, with the non-winners each receiving $1,000 consolation prizes. And each of the finalists was pared with a local charity, with the winning charity, Inter-Faith Treasure House, getting a $3,000 cash contribution; and the two non-winners, Share and the North County Community Food Bank, receiving $1,000 consolation contributions.
All three charities also received non-perishable food collected for needy clients.
