ALEXANDRIA, Va. – CommonWealth One FCU is promoting rates as low as 2.99% on its “Turbo Charged Auto Loans” and the ability of borrowers to delay their first payment for up to 90 days on new cars and trucks.
The launch of the promotion was celebrated with an interactive web hunt for members, which the credit union said is a fun way to win prizes, learn more about the credit union and drive member engagement on its website and Facebook page.
The Turbo Charged Web Hunt officially began on Oct. 1 and speeds through to Oct. 31. To play the game, members search CommonWealth One’s website for hidden, iconic red cars. Once a red car is found, members hear the squealing of tires and are presented with specific product information. When the car is clicked, it is added to the member’s game console. Once all 10 red cars are found, the member is automatically entered to win prizes, including one $500 Visa gift card, five $50 Mr. Wash gift certificates, five $50 Jiffy Lube gift cards and 10 $15 gas cards.
The game console also gives members hints on where to find the red cars. When the game began, only two hints were posted. Each week, two new hints are posted until the game ends on Oct. 31. The winner will be drawn within five days of the ending of the web hunt and will be posted on the website and Facebook page.
