NCCU Supports Latino Merchants

SPRINGFIELD, Ore.-Northwest Community Credit Union is offering no-interest loans of up to $500 that encourage entrepreneurship for merchants at the Mercado Latino. A loan pool, administered by the Neighborhood Economic Development Corporation, is a new micro-business fund program established by the credit union.
