Congressional FCU Adds Integrated Media’s iPad Member Enrollment

WASHINGTON – Congress FCU has signed with Integrated Media Management to implement the company’s TotaliEnroll iPad application to extend the member enrollment process outside the branch.

IMM said TotaliEnroll will provide the $630 million credit union with the mobility, efficiency and convenience it needs to approach members of Congress and their staff about account opening. House members have extended and unstructured hours and are very mobile throughout the year. TotaliEnroll enables Congressional Fed to meet the demanding schedules and banking needs of the individuals serving on Capitol Hill.

TotaliEnroll gives Congressional Fed the flexibility to take enrollment outside the branch, the company added, in that the institution will have the ability to send employees off site to complete enrollment applications or other documents, including capturing members’ signatures and archiving the completed documents. The required enrollment data is filled from the screen and made available for their immediate review on the iPad. Data entered on the document is available for uploading to the financial institution for processing. Additionally, a picture of an ID can be attached to the document using a digital camera and a connection via the iPad camera connection kit.

TotaliEnroll can be accessed via a WiFi or 3G connection with a VPN connection to the credit union.

IMM is based in Linden, N.J.
