Corillian Acquires Software Integration Firm

- HILLSBORO, Ore. (11/28/00) - Corillian Corp., theprovider of Internet services for credit unions, said it hasacquired privately held Hatcher Associates, Inc., a provider ofsoftware integration, implementation and consulting services. Thepurchase price was 1.8 million Corillian shares valued at about $24million. Hatcher specializes in implementing consumer bankingpackages and Internet solutions and has a worldwide workforceserving clients in North America, South America, Europe, Hong Kong,Australia and New Zealand.
