Michael Anthony, 43, and his wife, Kelly Anthony, 34, were charged with second-degree theft, a Class D felony, in February after the accounting error was noticed by the credit union.

The credit union contacted the couple notifying them of the error, but they proceeded to make withdrawals and spend the money, according to police.

The members pleaded not guilty in March.
