Credit Union ONE Adds CO-OP Financial’s Call Center Services

FERNDALE, Mich. – Credit Union ONE has signed with CO-OP Financial Services to implement the company’s Members Services suite for 24/7 call center services.

The $725 million credit union already uses CO-OP’s network, payment processing and shared branching services.

CO-OP said its Member Center offers a wide range of member services exclusively for credit unions, such as after-hours and as-needed call center duties, handling account inquiries, routine transactions and outbound calling to support marketing and other initiatives to members.
