GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. – CU*Answers said credit union members will be able to print loan coupons themselves from It’s Me 247, the CUSO’s online banking platform being introduced next month.
Members who are logged in to their online banking account will be able to print up to nine loan coupons at a time, and to indicate the starting date by month and year for the coupons.
“This feature gives credit unions a free method to continue to offer loan coupons as a service to members who desire this feature,” said Scott Page, executive vice president of CU*Answers.
By providing the ability for members to serve themselves and print their own loan coupons from It’s Me 247 online banking, CU*Answers said this enhancement moves credit unions one step closer to eliminating the cost of printing and mailing coupons, while still retaining high member service standards.
