GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — It was a busy Tuesday for CU*Answers, as the CUSO reported multiple client signings across three of its business units, involving bill pay, data processing and document management.
Just two weeks after unveiling its new partnership with Payveris, an online mobile payments company, CU*Answers said 15 credit unions have signed an agreement for "It's Me 247 Bill Pay" with payments processing by Payveris.
The companies said It's Me 247 Bill Pay gives credit union members an environment which maintains an identical look and feel to the It's Me 247 online banking system. Quick links can be added to navigate, make payments and transfer funds as desired.
To kick off the new bill pay relationship, CU*Answers is offering two promotional programs meant to help credit unions either not already offering bill pay, or those credit unions who have 150 or fewer users and are anxious to take their bill pay service to a higher level. For each program, CU*Answers is participating financially with its clients by paying up to 50% of a qualifying credit union's bill pay invoice for a full two-year period in order to help them promote this service to members.
The first credit unions are scheduled to implement the new bill pay system this month and next.
