ONTARIO, Calif. CU Direct has contracted with San Diego-based First Associates Loan Servicing LLC to offer loan servicing to its 1,000 credit union customers.

The servicing solution will cover CU Direct’s core auto lending business, as well as other asset classes, such as student loans, solar leases and loans, and personal loans.
“CU Direct is looking forward to partnering with First Associates, a recognized leader in the loan servicing marketplace,” said Brent Hollingsworth, national director of strategic alliances for the CUSO.
The two companies said their new product offering, which addresses all aspects of servicing including billing and collections, has been rolled out and is available now.
