MATTESON, Ill.-Recognizing how the economy is limiting parents' ability to pay for their kids' college tuition, USA One Credit Union is supporting a local education foundation. Throughout June, the $36-million CU will pass the $10 new member fee paid by parents and guardians of Crete-Monee District 201U students back to Dollars For Scholars to help fund college scholarships for district students. The Crete-Monee District 201U Education Foundation's goal is to provide $1,000 in scholarship funds to students this year.
